Bring a minimum of 3 clients, and you're a Partner.
Any coach with multiple clients can bring them in — three is the floor, not a cap. Your first runs price at $150 each, the standard Level 1 rate, since there's no feedback history yet to price against. From there, the more clients you bring, the bigger your discount per run.
Three levels. Your tier moves with your volume.
Your first month locks in at Operations Alliance, no matter your volume — there's no history yet to price against. Starting month two, your tier moves dynamically with your live run count, the same day it crosses a threshold.
You qualify as a Partner.
Every client gets at least one run, so this won't drop below your client count. A repeat pass on an existing client counts the same as a run for a new one.
Operations Alliance

First month locks to Operations Alliance — there's no history yet to price against.
Moving down works the same way in reverse: two consecutive months at or below the tier below before it steps back.
Your rate reflects what you're actually doing that month.
The Partner tier stays the same. Your actions each month determine which rate your runs receive.

Your Partner rate pays for the engine to run. This pays for access to what it produces — either you or your client can cover it. The tier sets what you see as a coach just as much as it sets what your client sees.
